I had the great pleasure of getting a couple minutes to speak with the man, the myth, "The Dude" himself, Academy Award-winner Jeff Bridges at Disney's "Comic-Tron" party held during the San Diego Comic-Con.

Reporter: How does it feel to see yourself young and interact with yourself?

Jeff Bridges: It's a lot of fun. Yeah, and they keep working on it. They'll probably be working on it until the very end to polish that effect.

Brent Sprecher: Steve [Lisberger, writer-director of Tron] was saying yesterday how technology is supposed to, hopefully, bring everyone together, and yet in so many ways it's pushing us apart. Do you feel that's accurate, that this will address it?

Jeff Bridges: It's both things at the same time. It's something to be aware of and to try to have some consciousness as far as how we use our technology.

Reporter: You're launching your music career. Any chance we'll see a song on the soundtrack of Tron?

Jeff Bridges: Not this time around, I don't think. No, I think Daft Punk has got that handled really well.

Reporter: Are you going to give your voice to the new Tron video game?

Jeff Bridges: I don't know. I'll have to check that out.

Reporter: Now that it's all said and done, what was the best part of returning to Tron?

Jeff Bridges: Oh, I would have to say, you know, messing with the great technology, being a part of that.

I had about four more minutes with Jeff, but it was so loud, that the audio is terrible. Bummer...

Definitely a highlight of SDCC meeting him, though!

Oh man Mr. Burns has to get his skinny ass down to San Diego real soon. It would be awesome to actually meet and talk with somebody who has the same celebrity status as myself. Hehehe!
