First before you start complaining, COMICS were made back in 1960. Goblin would not look realistic at all if he had kinda stupid hat and mask.
Second, you just can´t follow everything in comics, yes, Gwen Stacy dies by Green Goblin(Harry) and not in bridge but in clock tower.
Hate it or love it but good comicbookmovies never followed any real comics. Look at Batman. In comics they live in future world and very unrealistic while in Dark Knight it was very different from comics.
Also, when we have 100% comic followed movie, then why we need movie when we have comics? Clearly, me and a lot of people want see new story, not old comic book story.
In fact, Gwen Stacy has same CLOTHES with she died in COMICS !!!
