Surprising Details On SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING's Third Villain And A Cameo From A Key Comic Character
A new report sheds some light on Spider-Man: Homecoming's 3rd baddie, & it's a lot different to what you might be expecting! It also promises that a big character from the comics will make an appearance.
SchmoesKnow.com has a piece up about Spider-Man: Homecoming which may very well reveal some new details about what we should expect from the reboot. Apparently, there will indeed be three villains (two of whom we know about; The Vulture and Shocker), but the third isn't exactly your typical supervillain. In fact, he's just a regular guy who will butt heads not with Spider-Man, but Peter Parker.
The twist here is that this mysterious character will be romantically involved with Aunt May! No further information is provided, but it would be shocking if this isn't someone with a name familiar to fans. Given his history with The Vulture, Nathan Lubensky seems like a very likely possibility for this role.
The site also adds the, "a big character central to the Spider-Man lore will make a surprise appearance in the movie." They don't know who that will be, but mention Norman Osborn and Eddie Brock as possible candidates. This surely as to be J. Jonah Jameson though given his surprise omission from The Amazing Spider-Man franchise. We'll have to wait and see, but share your thoughts below.
