This morning, I had slept in and was late for school. So I got to sit around and flip through channels and decide which talk show I wanted to watch. I decided on Rachael Ray because Logan Lerman was on promoting The Lightning Thief.

During the audience interaction part of the show, a guy stood up and asked about the rumors he had heard about Lerman taking Maguire's place as Spider-Man. Logan said, "You know, I'm kind of just hoping to be considered for the part. It's something that anyone would want to be considered for because it's such a huge thing."

Rachael Ray chimed in afterward and said that since Lerman had said that he was signed on to be part of a trilogy for the Percy Jackson series, he might not have time for Spider-Man because playing the lead in two franchises would take a lot of time and effort. Lerman also went on to say that even though he's signed on to do two more Percy Jackson movies, he would like to do the whole book series of five.
