Jamie Foxx returning to the role of the electricity-based supervillain, Electro, from The Amazing Spider-Man in Spider-Man: No Way Home appeared as a breath of fresh air for the character upon his re-entry into the franchise.
After travelling to the MCU amid Doctor Strange's spell going haywire, the Electro we knew from The Amazing Spider-Man 2 reverted back to his human form, but now having got an extreme make over from his hair, to his teeth, to his sheer confidence bolstered by such change.
In the end, Electro did not sport an entirely comic-accurate attire for the final battle, rather, having worn the same, more modified maintenance outfit of what he had been wearing for most of his screen time in the film.
Like the title indicates, we almost received a comic-accurate take on Electro in his return for Spider-Man: No Way Home, and it looks pretty damn accurate to say the least:
From the image shown on the left, supposedly Electro would have initially never reverted back to his human form, debasing all the confidence he had as the film continued on with him.
As far as his suit is composed, it appears as very comic-accurate; almost reminiscent to that of what Black Lightning has worn in his CW series.
The suit appears the exact same in both images, just painted in different colors. In the second image, we see that Electro has reverted back to his human form, and his suit is dawning his iconic color pattern from the comics, green and yellow.
It is possible the creative team chose not to green light these designs due to budget costs or time management, which is why we see Electro wearing his make-shift suit in the final-cut of the film.
Would you have wanted to see this Electro suit in Spider-Man: No Way Home?
