Spider-Man: No Way Home earned widespread critical acclaim last December and webbed up all manner of box office records. Credited with saving theaters, the movie later arrived on Blu-ray minus the 15 minutes of deleted scenes that had originally been advertised.

Now, 11 minutes of those scenes will swing back onto the big screen in a special extended cut of the threequel next month. With tickets on sale, Sony Pictures is hyping up the movie's re-release with a new preview that teases some of the never-before-seen moments.

Among them are shots of a frustrated Peter Parker in high school seemingly being sent up to the rafters of Midtown High's gym and a cut sequence with Tom Holland's brother, Harry, playing a bicycle thief. Set photos showed this sequence being shot, and we know that it sees Spidey stop the crook by webbing him up before a Mysterio supporter throws green paint on him.

Finally, there's an exchange between Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield's Spider-Men, something we hope to see a lot more of in this "more fun stuff" version of Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Check out this first look at the Spider-Man: No Way Home extended cut below:

For the first time in the cinematic history of Spider-Man, our friendly neighborhood hero's identity is revealed, bringing his Super Hero responsibilities into conflict with his normal life and putting those he cares about most at risk. When he enlists Doctor Strange’s help to restore his secret, the spell tears a hole in their world, releasing the most powerful villains who’ve ever fought a Spider-Man in any universe. Now, Peter will have to overcome his greatest challenge yet, which will not only forever alter his own future but the future of the Multiverse.

Spider-Man: No Way Home returns to theaters on September 2!
