The Amazing Spider-Man will debut with Michael Bay's
Transformers: Dark of the Moon this coming July. The site is apparently both very reliable and very accurate, but as ever, it's worth taking the following with a pinch of salt. What follows is an excerpt from both the article itself and subsequent posts in the comments section by its author. It's a little hard to explain without copying and pasting the entire conversation, but as you can see, an emphasis is put on the "BIG" trailer being Spider-Man related!
Also, there will be a BIG trailer debut coming with 'Transformers 3' for one of next summers major tentpoles. But thats all i'm saying for now. I think you of all people, Spider-Man 101, will be able to figure it out!
