My Thoughts on Spider-Man 4

People the casting rumors aren't true until either one of hte actors confirm it. They aren't real in fact most of these casting rumors turn out to be fake. It's just a fake story made by some person who had intentions of pissing off Spiderman fans.
Nothing is confirmed until the director or actor confirmes it.

I read at aicn, they want a face with a villian = no lizard but they are rumors.

Okay, so obviously this vultress role is total bullshit. We know were gonna get lizard for a villain, which is most ideal. But I got to thinking, maybe we do need a high caliber actor to be along-side the lizard to enrich the film experience. I miss the comedic relief in the Spider-Man franchise, and Malkovich would supply the comedy, but I think the vulture is just ridiculous character and only spoof-worthy. If I had the reigns, I'd say we should just focus on one villain and invest all the writers' efforts on that. Black cat would be awesome if she came off as a bad-ass love interest (crowd pleaser). Mysterio would be the best villain to supply comedic relief though. Like maybe Mysterio should be like a side-villain who plays a minor role. Whoever came up with the vultress rumor should appologize becaue that was harsh

A Rant of a Fan

Ok i can deal with the Vulture, john malkovich is an excellent choice (I was thinking ben kingsley for that part but thats just me ;) BUT VULTURESS :P utter crap. Anne Hathaway as a platinum blonde NICE. BUT VULTURESS!!! No absolutely not...I refuse to believe Sam Raimi would further demise Spider-Man by putting another made up piece of SH!T character in another movie. I respect a director's vision and the fact that it is a different medium of stroytelling but COME ON!! Enough already give us what we want THE LIZARD AND KRAVEN (If vulture then I still might give it a peak in IMAX) Gerard Butler for Kraven by the way. Spider-Man and Spider-Man 2 were very plot and character driven comic book films as they should be but Spider-Man 3 just went the route of Batman and flashed their stuff w/ FX which were soooo eyepopping by the way HA and stuffed it full of dribble and commercialized it for the unwitting public. As a final thought I think Sam Raimi, Avi Arad, and Stan "The Man" Lee should sit down read some of these blogs and posts and listen to what the fans are saying. There are a lot of us comic book ethusiasts out there so they dont have to read to much cuz we are all saying the same thing. BRING US THE SPIDER-MAN 4 WE WANT!!!!

They may just be saying these things to kill some of the hype , so much of our speculation may be so dead on we could've stolen some of their thunder and now they're trying to throw us of track . They know that the last movie sucked nasty a$$ and they have to come back in a big way , which they will fail to do . Sony should just give it up and sell the rights to Disney/Marvel .

this is why i went to dc, the story lines from all three movies are messed up. the first movie was ok, second movie SUCKED! and three could have had more venom and less sandman and wanna be green goblin. anyway, i think a reboot should be in order so we can have a better story line and forget the horrors of all three films.
