First off is Norman in bed, sick and looking greenish and purple. Chris Cooper has stated that this is an introduction to the green goblin. I was all set thinking that Dane Dehann was the goblin in this movie until I heard something in one of the trailers. What I heard was Chris Cooper saying "we have plans for you Peter Parker". It's the way he says it that makes me believe that he is in goblin mode. When we first heard Norman speak it was very low and sick sounding while he is lying in his bed. This is a totally different sounding Chris Cooper. I can almost see him saying it to spiderman or at the end of the movie. This is just my opinion and I would live to hear what you guys have to say.

That's what I think too. I can also see Norman betraying his son for his own personal gain.

Norman is a full psycho in this franchises. He doesn't care about Harry, and only gives him the goblin-treatment to see if serum works well enouhg to cure his diseas. Harry dies either in serum overdoze or Norman blows him up. We're getting Norman as ultimate Green Goblin, leading sinister six, in TASM3(where hopefully they'll figure out name subtitles).

I hope we get to see rhino in action soon. He's the only one we haven't really seen anything out of except his suit and him shooting.

No surprise that people get disappointed when they are planing and expecting their own story.

LOOK AT THE TRAILER! NORMAN ALREADY HAS THE GOBLIN SERUM IN HIS SYSTEM! But it's a flawed serum at that's what's killing him.

Eh, maybe he has to die for the serum to activate. Kind of like the infection in the Walking Dead.

In the end, there's just too many Goblins.

I'd do a mixture of Ultimate and 616. Have it be the serum that gives him the appearance of 616 Goblin. Is it really so hard to get it right? BTW, this was such a missed opportunity to call it "Spectacular Spider-man" or "Sensational Spider-man". Hell, I would've taken "Superior Spider-man"!

Sorry, but i think the voice u hear saying " We have plans for u, Peter Parker " is the same guy in the shadows from mid credits scene from the first film.

They also show him in the trailer walking by what looks to be Doc Ocks' mechanical arms and Vultures wings.

I think this guy has a much bigger role in this franchise and Peters life than has yet been revealed

@bane5000 It's Chris Coopers voice. Not only does it sound just like him but you can even google - Chris Cooper we've got plans for you peter parker and you'll see.

The Goblin serum is what's killing him. Maybe he has his son force-ably take the serum to see it's effects only that the change is more aggressive and turns his own son into a Goblin.

Wow, because you heard him say a line differently, you're entirely convinced he's going to suit up to be the Green Goblin. That is one hell of a reach.

And btw, this isn't your opinion, this is a prediction. So no, I'm not bashing you for 'This is just my opinion', I'm bashing you it's because no where near concrete enough to make an entire article about it.

If it ends up being true, it would be absolute blind luck on your part.

Did you see the smoke when Electro hit the buildings with Lightning? That means Mysterio will be in it, because he uses smoke. Don't get mad, it's just my opinion.

Harry is more than likely an experiment gone right. A prototype, but if he is the franchise's goblin, I really won't mind.
