Nice find @Emjeed!!

Detroit will make a great Gotham City! I wonder how the final piece will look like!

I hope it will have the Gothic architecture on the rich side of town at least.

They may take parts of Detroit for both Gotham City and Metropolis. Kind of how they took parts from different cities and created Metropolis. That way it won't look like an existing city, which I always thought was a great idea.

@Braniac3000 I know right! I lived there for a while and it was unrecognizable to me in TDK. TDKR was Pittsburgh though.. I think

@JULEZ.. Well hello there stranger. Where have you been?

JULEZ13 - 8/30/2013, 3:08 PM
@Emjeed - LOL. Where have I been?? Why, I don't think you should know that... lol

Parts of TDKR was Pittsburgh, some Newark, NJ and somewhere in England, I believe.

Yep perfect Gotham.

I wonder what the time difference is between the two movies? E.G. 6months, 2 years etc as that'll make a big difference to how much Metropolis has recovered.

I would like to see it looking great and Luthor using stolen tech to help rebuild the city in record time.

@duncboy Empire just confirmed it 18 hours ago so it might be possible it was still a rumor at the time and you didn't make that apparent. Like how articles saying Brian Cranston was cast as Lex were deleted cos they were just rumors beig reported as fact

Well it's good somebody is doing something for Detroit. Not that I'll ever see this flick, but more should find a way to help the economy in rock city. Course, the studio probably got huge tax breaks to film there, but every little bit helps in Detroit.
