Man of Steel follows the Last Son of Krypton on his epic journey to become mankind's shinning beacon of hope for a brighter future. With the beliefs and values instilled by his adoptive parents Jonathan (Kevin Costner) and Martha (Diane Lane) Kent, a young Clark (Henry Cavill) sets out to find his place in the world. But when the nefarious General Zodd (Michael Shannon) arrives on Earth, Clark will have to choose between being a normal human or Kal-el,son of Jor-El (Russell Crowe) and humanity's greatest protector and champion. Filmed in IMAX and shot in Vancouver, Chicago and Plano, Illinois, Man of Steel will be released on June 14, 2013 by Warner Bros. Directed by Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen) with a screenplay by David S. Goyer (The Dark Knight) the Christopher Nolan (Batman Begins, Inception) produced feature film will surely be the summer blockbuster of 2013.

They set it up so well in the prequel comic, but they could shit all over that story in the movie, who knows.

If anyone here knows ANYTHING about psychological ticks in deviation, then Henry Cavill just gave you a perfect example! Notice EVERY TIME he goes to discuss a continuation of MOS as it pertains to introducing other heroes (ie. JL or Batman) he looks down to the LEFT. It usually shows one of two things going on since he is somewhat uncomfortable with this question: He is lying or he is avoiding. We know he isn't lying, so it tells me he knows something. Notice as well that he looks directly at the interviewer with what he is comfortable talking about. July at the SDCC will be HUGE!

I think the really cool thing about a World's Finest is that it also would separate DC's route to it' movie univrse from Marvel's

But I don't really care which route they take, Trinity, WF or straight to JL after MOS2

I think Jim Carrey as Joker would be the worst casting in a CBM next to Cage as Ghost Rider. I think Mark Hamill could do a better job than him, he has the voice down.

But Hamill is not even on my short list of people that i'd want to do it. Jim Carrey as Joker is worse than Jim Carrey as the Riddler in my opinion.

Anywho, the way DC should go about the cinematic universe is keep it different but still introduce them in solo movies before the BIG one cause if we throw em all in one movie without proper introduction. How are we going to be able to care about the characters or anything. The GA would be like "Um, okay".

I just fail to see how a 5 minute cameo couldn't even be worked into the film. I mean just 5 minutes of screentime isn't gonna ruin the whole movie. Whatever. People didn't want Lex. I do hope he's in the sequel. But Snyder/Goyer have this whole "No Kryptonite/No Lex Luthor policy"

So i don't see chrome dome returning any time soon. But if he does, i definitely support Michael C. Hall for the role.

Really? His seriousness and bad assery I think would be perfect. Kind of like his character in Titanic but more diabolical. Plus he looks just like the animated Lex. I think he'd be great at the role.
