Hmmm, I wonder why they need, "firefighters and paramedics." Become an extra and maybe you can let me know what their up to.

The next "Superman" sequel, filming in the Chicago area this August and September, hosts its latest casting call from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday at the Fire Museum, 5218 S. Western Ave., in Chicago.

Casting directors are hiring firefighters and paramedics as paid extras for the "Metropolis Fire Department."

Starring Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, Diane Lane as Martha Kent and Michael Shannon as General Zod, Superman: The Man of Steel is expected to be released sometime during the Winter of 2012!

Waiting to see Cavill as Clark and Supes. Hopefully, the rumors about the suit at this year's Comic-Con are true.

Midwest cities like Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland have started to offer tax credits for major film productions to shoot there. That's why a lot of new films are starting to go in that direction. Also, LA doesn't look much like Metropolis or Gotham City. Too bright and cheery. Us folks out here in the midwest like our big cities as depressing and old-looking as possible. lol

They better cast some actors to play Perry White & Jimmy Olsen, they need to go next and so is Lex Luther.

John Slattery can make an awesome Perry White and Michael Cera can play Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen. Thats who I suggested. Logan Lerman can also play Young Clark Kent (around Clark's teenage years)
