Episode 16 " Scion " of the tenth and final season of SMALLVILLE was perfectly directed , LX-15 turns out to be Conner Kent ,after some training from Clark , he mastered his powers and understood the importance of having them and now he's off to an adventure of his own - SMALLVILLE HIGH ! following the footsteps of Clark probably . Lionel Luthor failed to recruit with his prodigal son as Conner turned on him to help The Blur , he lost the battle against Tess for the Luthor Name .
At the final scene of the show , we see Lionel standing next to Lex's obelix tombstone " Together we could have ruled this world ,I would give anything my son just to have you by my side " and that's where everyone was on the edge of their seats when a dark spirit arose and appeared as Lord Darkseid . So will Lionel do a deal with The Darkness in order to bring back his son , will he finally build his empire under Darkseid's command ? will Lionel have to leave this earth for Lex to come back ? will Lex comeback with a Omega symbol graved in his head ? will young Luthor be possessed by Darkness ? guess we'll have to wait till April 15th .

There's one thing that Supernatural Show taught us , it's that people who rise from the dead aren't the same anymore ... but i'd love to see SMALLVILLE creating a unique ending by seeing Lex redeem himself and become friends with Clark again , comicbook fans would hate that , but isn't Smallville unique with it's plot after all ?
