You may remember a story from a while back that detailed Jones being arrested after a raid of his Canoga, Calif. home in 2009. He was found guilty of the crime of selling "Hillbilly Heroin" last December and has now been sentenced.

From THR..

E! Online reports that Jones received one year in federal prison for conspiring to sell more than 10,000 doses of the prescription painkiller oxycodone aka “Hillbilly Heroine.”

Apparently, the actor was OK with the sentence. After the hearing, he tweeted, “Just got out of court! God is Great!! #FAITH!!!”

Jones, who had apparently acquired the nicname the “Hollywood Connection" in some circles, will be handed 3 years probation when he finishes his sentence. Jones is pictured with his former Playboy Playmate girlfriend Karissa Shannon. Sammmy boy, it's gonna be a long year.
