Activision In Talks With Hasbro Over More Transformers Games

It looks like War for Cybertron won't be the last Transformers game anytime soon.

BotCon, the world's biggest Transformers fans convention, was held over the weekend. Part of the convention was a Q&A session between fans and Matt Tieger (High Moon Studios) and Aaron Archer (Hasbro).

One fan asked whether the success of War for Cybertron could lead to a "brand expansion" such as a Transformers role-playing game.

Archer responded that it's something the toy giant is considering (the expansion in general terms, not an RPG specifically). The game presents an opportunity and that they're talking with Activision about the future of the Transfomers franchise.

I haven't played War for Cybertron yet, but a role-playing adventure does sounds interesting.
