Sol Fury over at TFW2005 has posted new set videos that reveal a new Autobot character that will appear in the latest installment of Michael Bay's blockbuster film franchise.

Another new vehicle sporting Autobot logos has been sighted on location in Chicago! This time it is a very flash looking firetruck, with Autobot symbols on both cab doors........ The videos show the red ferrari, Bumblebee, this new firetruck, Sideswipe and Ironhide racing down Van Buren before all turning off into a depot, with extras playing military looking types ushering them in.

In addition, During two recent interviews with Patrick Dempsey, Dempsey revealed key details about his role in the upcoming film which partially expalin the origin of the Wreckers, the three Decepticon racecars, and further ties Dempsey's character into the Deceptions as a whole:
In the interview The Herald News, Dempsey had to say that,
"In 'Transformers 3,' my character is a race-car driver, which is perfect. It's cool to have all those toys in the movie."
Later in an interview with NBC Chicago, Dempsey added that,
"My character has a great car collection, which has been fun. We were shooting in Milwaukee a few weeks ago -- which was a beautiful city -- at their museum there, and there's a lot of stuff that we do with cars. My character is very involved with the automobile, so it's great fun."
Jp499: I think this film is coming along nicely. Michael Bay may redeem himself with this film.
Transformers 3 is directed by Michael Bay and will release July 1st, 2011.
