ARROW: Felicity Is Sporting A Radically Different Look In New Photos From Season 7 Premiere: "Inmate #4587"

Arrow returns in just over a month and The CW has already released a batch of photos from the seventh season premiere, offering a look at Felicity really not taking Oliver's imprisonment all that well.

While Arrow may be the lowest-rated series in The CW's DC TV slate, the show's sixth season finale featured one of the more exciting cliffhangers of the year as Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) found himself locked up at Slabside Maximum Security Prison, which is where he'll presumably spend a good chunk of the coming season.

The season premiere will pick up around five months after the events of the May finale and will see Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) sporting a drastically different look than the one fans have become accustomed to.

Check out five new promotional stills from the season seven premiere, titled "Inmate #4587," below:

"Inmate #4587" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

'While Arrow may be the lowest-rated series in The CW's DC TV slate'

Woah woah woah.

You mean to tell me that The Flash gets better ratings than Arrow?

Arrow may be shite, but The Flash is Donkey Kong level diarrhea shit right there.

GTFO outta here with your lies internet.

@Peel - That is completely true, sadly. You can check all the ratings on tvseriesfinale.com.

Arrow at 1.2 million viewers per episode on average, just below Riverdale at 1.3, Legends at 1.5, Supernatural at 1.6, Black Lightning at 1.7, Supergirl at 1.8, and The Flash, drumroll… at 2.2 million, in first place lol I know, I don't understand either. Especially when shows like The 100 are at 0.8.

@Peel - The numbers don't lie. https://tvseriesfinale.com/tv-show/arrow-season-six-ratings/

You can thank the nonsense of Season 4 for those numbers and the forced conflict in Season 6 for them.

The rest of the DC shows have remained steady. (Legends and Supergirl esp)

@NinnesMBC - Supergirl has remained steadily bad and The Flash has just been going up and down in terms of quality :/

Felicity would look really nice...wearing a casket. Killing her character would really help the show.

Is this a still from the Dharma and Greg Reboot? Looks like a 90's sitcom.

Personally think Curtis and Rene have been far more annoying in the last season than Felicity has in the entire show, and that's saying something.

@tugboy - Why did they write him out of the show? I forgot the reason

@Snowbirdd - i think its because they realized he was too op and didnt quite fit in with the more grounded approach they were sticking with after the lackluster season 4.

I wanted more pictures. I'm going with that they are holding back some reveals and developments for the premiere.

But a new trailer like Flash's, Black Lightning's and Supergirl's to hype things more would be for the best.

I don't even follow the show anymore,

But I was STILL shopping beyond hope that her new look would be a tombstone.

I think it would look great, and be the best thing that ever happened to the character tbh

@AquamanIsTheBest - (Wanting to specify I mean the ficitonal character felicity, not the actress. I'm sure the actress is a lovely person and I would wish real ill on anyone. She's doing fine. The character, however, is disgustingly atrocious)

I stopped watching Arrow a ways back. Felicity was just killing the show for me. She is like Fish Mooney in Gotham. I just cringe every time she talks. She was funny as a side character in the beginning. I never felt invested in her. I never felt her romance with Ollie was strong. Some shows have great sexual tension between the leads, but not with her. She's a flake. They could kill her off and nothing really changes. She's "non-essential personnel".

I'm still watching Arrow... but it's so painfully boring that I only watch a couple episodes a year.
