There's some very interesting information in here, and as Roy Harper/Arsenal has been transformed into a highly skilled fighter between season two and three or Arrow, it should be interesting to see Laurel start her crime fighting career being a little rougher around the edges. Guggenheim also seemingly confirms what we'd previously heard about Oliver Queen going missing for some time, more than likely because he'll have been captured by Ra's al Ghul after their first confrontation in the midseason finale!
