The fun behind-the-scenes photos from the set of The CW's
Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover event continue, and this time Brandon Routh has shared our first look at his returning Clark Kent.
We've already seen the
Legends of Tomorrow actor in his Kingdom Come Superman duds, but here we get a glimpse of the attire he donned in
Superman Returns as Kal El's civilian alter-ego. The photo also comes with a mild spoiler, as it looks like Kent will be Editor-In-Chief of the Daily Planet in this reality.
It might not
necessarily be Routh's version of the character, however. We know that both Tyler Hoechlin and Tom Welling will also feature, and the caption accompanying Routh's photo could indicate that he's simply visiting one of the other Clarks.
Crisis on Infinite Earths kicks off on Sunday, Dec. 8 with
Supergirl, before continuing with Monday's episode of
Batwoman and Tuesday’s installment of
The Flash. Then, after a month-long holiday break, the event concludes with the Jan. 14 episode of
Arrow followed by a special installment of
Legends of Tomorrow.
