This season continues to improve and fascinate me. The whole time watching this episode I have a stupid insane smile on my face jus eating up the madness this zany show offers! That SCREAM The Penguin belted out at the end was f*ckin EPIC! The cinematography was sooo frickin beautiful with the shadows truly showing him looking like a penguin Lmfao. Gordon's new unit probably won't survive long in this corrupt as city! Where the f*ck did Montoya and Allen go halfway through season frickin 1!! Bats meeting that cute girl just smells like trouble and that's exactly what she is. Galavan is interesting and cool with jus something about him I can't put my middle finger on, oh well his sister is super f'ing sexy I mean Damn my dude she str8 diggin Barbara o crazy ass!
Im so f*ckin happy Alfred slapped the CAT shit outta Selina for killing Reg lol. Honestly I'm so excited for this season of Gotham!

I don't see the appeal. I for one think Batman is way overrated and I'm saying this as a Batman fan. The Joker in TDK did more for Gotham than Bats ever did. In one fail swoop he eliminated all major organized crime bosses,exposed/dispatched all corrupt police and government officials and was able to do so with style. Crazy world in which Joker is more of a hero.

Plus if Bruce Wayne wanted to save Gotham he'd use his financial status to pour money into the city. I'm talking rehabilitation programs, shelters, workforce programs and pantrys. (Etc, etc) instead of putting on some tights and beating people up.

You can most assuredly still like certain incarnations of a character without being a fan of every piece of crap they slap said characters name on.

Do you watch Batman The Brave and The Bold???

Do you watch Lego Batman with the same level of excitement and intrigue as say Batman Begins?

No. Not every incarnation is worth the same level of attention.

A Batman origin show without Batman? An origin we all know a little too well. Nah, I'll pass.

I love Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Because it feels just like the comics...and the show was based on the Brave & the Bold comic series.

"OK, PEOPLE GET ON AOS ALL THE TIME ABOUT DUMB SHIT BUT PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME WHERE THE [frick] WAS THIS NEW CAPTAIN AT THIS WHOLE TIME WHEN GORDON WAS TRYING TO CHANGE SHIT UP LAST YEAR, [frick] THIS SHOW, I'M DONE"

Well, considering that they had 2 other commissioners (of which one was dirty so he remained in charge) I guess he was not needed and working somewhere else? I guess with Jerome and co shooting up the GCPD and killing it`s commissioner they needed a new one and he seemed to be up to the task... it`s really not that hard to comprehend.

A clear sign that you've never hung out in the ghetto for too long. I've seen plenty of shootings, where life went right back to normal a few moments afterward.

He was probably in a different precinct. Gotham is huge so not all the cops are housed in one building. Even though it seems like it is portrayed like that. But don't call me a Gotham defender, I couldn't get past the young Bruce Wayne and Alfred scenes. Show sucks.

I wish all the people who say they're "DONE" with Gotham would actually stick to their word. Never seems so. What's up with that?

What's up guys? Long time visitor of the site, first time making a comment.

I think season 2 of Gotham has been solid! Maybe next season they fast forward about 2 years down the road or so.

Theo Galavan is definitely a member of the Court of Owls. There's no question about it now. Not only is that hooded man obviously a member, but the series has been dropping numerous clues. The most recent clue is that Theo Galavan's plans for Gotham City are ripped straight from the NIGHT OF THE OWLS comic.

Firefly looks absolutely amazing, by the way.

If you actually watched the series, you would know that Sarah Essen has been the captain. However, Essen was promoted to commissioner and then killed. Hence the introduction of Captain Nathaniel Barnes.

What you should be asking is "Who is the new commissioner?"

They haven't said, which is why it's a question worth asking.

What ghetto did you live in? That ghetto seems soft to me. I've never seen people in the ghetto get shot at then be calm seconds after...Anyway, I don't see why you brought up ghettos...Name one time a major politicians and news reports held an event in the ghetto and were calm moments after shooting... -_-
Luminus
Luminus - 10/14/2015, 2:40 AM
@BlackStar25: Name one time someone dressed up as a Bat and fought crime. Like I said, clearly never spent time in the ghetto. Gotham is the ghetto. It's like Mexico or Brazil, where gangs can actually raid a police station, kill some cops and not find themselves in a frak ton of shite as a result.

BlackStar25 - 10/14/2015, 10:00 AM

Bad example bro. There are actually people who dress up as Batman and have fought "crime."...

http://newsfeed.time.com/2013/03/04/british-batman-apprehends-evildoer/

Anyway, you and I clearly have never lived in the same ghetto...PS Gotham isn't the ghetto. Only part of it is....

Luminus
Luminus - 10/14/2015, 10:14 PM
@BlackStar25: I knew you were going to bring that up. lol. But that doesn't count, because it's just some loon copying Batman. You understood my point and you know it. Yes, we've never lived in the same ghetto, that's for sure. However, Gotham is most certainly the ghetto just like Detroit is. Nice parts of a ghetto is still a ghetto.
