The first promo has been released for Krypton and it offers a look at both the planet Kal-El once called home and the characters who populated it. The show is set two generations before the destruction of the Man of Steel’s home planet and it follows Superman’s grandfather - whose House of El was ostracized and shamed - as he fights to redeem his family’s honour and save his world from chaos.
Krypton stars Cameron Cuffe, Georgina Campbell, Elliot Cowan, Ann Ogbomo, Rasmus Hardiker, Wallis Day, Aaron Pierre, Ian McElhinney, and Shaun SIpos and is executive produced by David S. Goyer.
This trailer doesn't reveal a huge amount about what's to come in the series but the special effects look surprisingly great even if the characters come across as being a little bland. Say what you will about Goyer but Man of Steel's Krypton set scenes were awesome and hopefully he'll have brought some of that to the table in Krypton! What do you think of this teaser?
