It looks like Henry Czerny (Mission: Impossible, Revenge) has booked a guest star role on the CBS Supergirl TV series as Winslow Schott Sr., AKA the Toyman. Fans expected the character played by Jeremy Jordan to become this villain at some point down the line, and though he may still go bad an take up the mantle of Toyman, his father will be the original.

Here's how Warner Bros. described this take on the classic Superman baddie to Comicbook.com: "Winslow Schott, Sr. is a classic D.C. supervillain, a mad criminal genius known as Toyman – and Winn’s estranged father. Toyman weaponizes toys to wreak destruction and revenge but is ultimately driven by one thing – the obsessive desire to reunite with his beloved son"

Supergirl
premieres tonight at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT on CBS, amnd though we don't have word on which specific episode Czernt will appear in, we do know that so far he's only down for the one.
