SUPERGIRL: It's Getting Deadly In The New Promo & Stills For Season 6, Episode 14; "Magical Thinking"

Next week, when Supergirl and her Superfriends need an assist retrieving the second totem, they seek out help from Lena Luthor, who finds herself a little reluctant to use her newfound abilities.

Next week, with Nyxly (Peta Sergeant) now in command of the second totem, things are starting to look dire for Kara (Melissa Benoist) and company when she unleashes the wrath of the entire city on the Superfriends. Luckily, the team may be in some luck with Lena's (Katie McGrath) newfound abilities, but getting her to actually use them to help out may be a little easier said than done. 

Elsewhere, William (Staz Nair) finds himself towing a delicate line when he tries to write a story to appease both Andrea (Julie Gonzalo and the superheroes while Kelly (Azie Tesfai) runs into a different issue when Esme's (Mila Jones) future is put in serious danger.

LENA MUST ACCEPT HER NEWFOUND POWERS IN ORDER TO HELP THE SUPER FRIENDS - Lena (Katie McGrath) is uncertain about using her magical abilities to help Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) retrieve the second totem from Nyxly (Peta Sergeant). William (Staz Nair) struggles to write a story on the Super Friends that makes both the heroes and Andrea (Julie Gonzalo) happy. Meanwhile, Kelly (Azie Tesfai) is thrilled Esme (guest star Mila Jones) has found a new home, but things go awry and the little girl's future is put in danger. @PantherKing - huge 007 fan, but of all the movies that lost hype from covid delays, this one i felt the most. Feels like this movie has been "coming soon" for 5 years.

@FishyZombie - I don’t blame the studios. It wasn’t feasible to release those movies at that time. For our health and safety they made the right choice

nothing against Benoist and any fans of this show, but I'm really glad they're already rebooting this.

Turning Lena into a magical Sailor CEO Senshi in the back half of the final season feels like such a wasted effort. Time to be tying up loose ends, not creating new plot points.

I'm just in awe at how cancelling Arrow has basically destroyed all cohesiveness of the shows.

Was great seeing Kara trying to win against the totems powers and going back to the very first ep. Was cool seeing all her team get to overconfident in themselves as well. I’m excited for the final part of the series and for everyone’s arcs.
