There are only a handful of Superman & Lois episodes left before the series wraps up its third, and potentially final, season. This year, Lois Lane has been battling cancer, while the Man of Steel has found himself pitted against crime boss Bruno Mannheim and the villainous Onomatopoeia.

Daya Vaidya plays the latter and suited up to go toe-to-toe with Superman in a recent instalment of The CW series. Of course, she's not just a supervillain, as we've also followed Peia Mannheim's own fight with cancer, a disease the actor has defeated in real-life on two occasions.

We recently had the privilege of speaking with Vaidya about her role in Superman & Lois, and asked what she could tease about the character's role in the series as we near the finish line.

"Whew, what can I tease? Just that it’s going to become incredibly intense," Vaidya says in the video above. "The battles are not over. The battle has just begun [Laughs]. If you thought the battle against Superman was something, there’s even more in store. It’s going to be exciting I think."

"I’m excited to see how it all comes together because when we were shooting it…whoa, it was intense."

Later in our conversation, the actor confirmed fans will soon get the opportunity to meet her at comic conventions! "Chad [L. Coleman] and I are supposed to be doing some together. If you go to my Instagram @dayavaidya, I’ll be posting those dates so whoever is watching this should definitely come through."

"We have to bring Bruno Mannheim and Onomatopoeia to the conventions," Vaidya added. "The both of us will be fun, signing and acting crazy!"

Season 3 of Superman & Lois premiered on March 14, with new episodes released every Tuesday.

Still kind of surprised that Smallville is so unprogressive that having weed is a big deal. Shrooms I could see, but weed still being a big deal? Granted it's Kansas, but that was the biggest suspension of disbelief I've had in the series so far.

@KWilly -

I don't believe. It started out as by far the best WB DC show. But they have slowly ruined this too.

@DocSpock - S&L is still a top 3 ongoing superhero show. When you compare it against its contemporaries, the only shows that stack up are probably the Boys, and Peacemaker. And those 2 are strictly streaming shows, not televised ones. You can also throw in The Sandman in there as well if you'd like.
