After a pretty amusing hour that saw Barry (Grant Gustin) try to find justice for Doug (Bill Goldberg), next week's episode will be considerably more tense as Barry plans an impromptu prison break with a handful of metas that he actually helped put away.

Meanwhile, back on the homefront, Ralph (Hartley Sawyer) will run into his own personal crisis when he runs into an old friend, who makes him question whether or not he's actually a hero or if he's just a pretender.

Watch the new promo for episode thirteen, titled "True Colors," below:

"True Colors" - (8:00-9:00 p.m. ET) (Content Rating TBD) (HDTV)

AMUNET MAKES A BIG PLAY - After hearing that Amunet (guest star Katee Sackhoff) has struck a deal to buy all of the metahumans in Iron Heights, Barry (Grant Gustin) must decide if he should expose his powers in order to save his cellmates. After a visit from an old friend, Ralph (guest star Hartley Sawyer) is reminded of his shady past and wonders if he's really a changed man. Tara Nicole Weyr directed the episode written by Jonathan Butler & Gabriel Garza (#413). Original airdate 2/6/2018.

Last season, Barry Allen aka The Flash used his extraordinary abilities to travel back in time and save his mother’s life, and inadvertently created an alternate timeline known as Flashpoint. The phenomenon not only gave birth to the villainous God of Speed known as Savitar, but changed the lives of Caitlin Snow and Wally West forever. With the help of his adoptive father, Detective Joe West, his fiancée Iris West, and his friends at S.T.A.R. Labs – Cisco Ramon and Harrison Wells -- Barry continues to protect the people of Central City from the meta-humans that threaten it. But first, he’ll have to escape the Speed Force – an extra-dimensional entity teeming with unknown dangers – that Barry sacrificed himself to in order to save Central City.

The Flash features:
Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash
Candice Patton as Iris West-Allen
Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow/Killer Frost
Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon/Vibe
Tom Cavanagh as Dr. Harrison Wells
Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West

Asd much as I like the flash, they need to get on with the [frick]ing plot. There's too many filler episodes per season.

Harry's comment about how "we are focusing on a telepath when we should be focusing on getting Barry out of prison" is exactly what's wrong with the Flash. Harrison now speaks for the fans, lol.

I love the beginning with Barry playing poker and using his speed to help Big Sir. He acclimated well to the atmosphere and srs, I like how everything around him just "freezes" when he moves now.

I kinda am worried about Harry being this determined to find out DeVoe's plan, gives me some ominous vibes.

The moment in the end between Big Sir and Barry was touching and glad he was freed.

Wolfe was a surpise and next week looks to be a big episode.
