TITANS Character Breakdown May Hint At A Season Finale Appearance From Conner Kent, A.K.A Superboy

Titans will be the first show to air on the new DC Universe streaming service, and we now have some very late word on a certain DC Comics character that's set to make an appearance in the final episode...

We already know about a whole host of DC Comics characters that'll be joining the core team of Titans in the upcoming DC Universe series, but now we have word on another super-powered individual that'll be making his presence felt in the final episode.

According to That Hashtag Show, a character referred to only as "David" will guest-star in the 13th episode of the show, which is the season 1 finale.

David is described as:

"A 20-something Caucasian male with dark hair who is powerful and merciless, so much so that he has recently unleashed chaos on the people who have been keeping him a prisoner in a mysterious lab. When we find “David”, he will have recently have escaped this lab."

While this certainly sounds like it could very well turn out to be Conner Kent/Superboy, it's by no means a sure thing as the description could be tailored to fit any number of DC heroes and villains.

What do you guys think? Could Superboy be making his way to Titans?

I'd like to see an animated series about Justice Society of America. It'd be something new and interesting thing to see I think.

The description could only be more obvious if it mentioned "CADMUS". It's Connor. Which is great.

I’m trying not to get too excited for this series, but things like this are making it pretty hard. Here’s hoping it doesn’t disappoint

It’d be interesting if that was true because I always thought if Conner were to ever debut in any of the current live action shows it would be in Supergirl due to how that is where most of the Superman Family is with Clark, Kara and Mon-El and because S2 introduced Cadmus.

Time will tell. Hmm.

I miss the Tim Drake/Bart Allen/Conner Kent/Cassandra Sandsmark Titans. If it is true and “David” turns out to be Conner, all the better

Too early for Conner Kent to appear and become a Titan. Seems like Johns is once again pushing one of his favorites to the forefront.

Sounds like Superboy. But what about Krypto?

Connor is my #3 favorite DV character, behind Dick and Clark. I think a Superboy storyline would work much better on TV than a Superman series. He doesn’t have the history and mythos that Superman carries. I’m stoked for this.

This is great news, sadly Conner hasn't been seen in the New 52, so even though he still isn't back in comic form seeing him in live action is great news. Hopefully this means he'll soon rejoin the comic books.

@BlackIceJoe - He was in the New 52, he hasn't been seen in Rebirth.

Does anyone else get titans and young justice confused or mixed up?
It's OK to call me a noob

When I read this, I thought it was referring to the young justice show coming back. But it's titans, which I thought was a kiddy show. I'm so confused

This makes me feel a little better about the terrible Starfire casting.
