It's fair to say that the vast majority of moviegoers are ready to move on from the dark, violent, and gritty DC Universe, right? Well, they'd best avoid Titans like the plague then because the first trailer features an F-Bomb from Robin and some pretty gory looking beatdowns. Throw in a tone which makes it feel like a Batman v Superman spinoff and there's a very good chance this show could divide fans.

We'll let you judge this trailer yourselves but we do get to see everyone from Robin to Hawk & Dove in action here and it certainly looks like the DC Universe series is going to deliver in terms of action.

Along with the trailer debut comes the news that fans can now register for this streaming service. It's going to cost $74.99 a year but that's not too bad when you take into account the fact you'll get a number of original TV shows, a library of DC adaptations, and decades worth of unlimited comics! What do you think about the first Titans trailer? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section.

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.
