TITANS Season 4 Will Reportedly Introduce A Major DC Comics Villain - Possible SPOILERS

Following the news that Brother Blood, Mother Mayhem, and Jinx will be introduced as new villains for Titans season 4, we're hearing that another major DC Comics baddie will also make their debut.

For may DC Comics fans, Titans went downhill after season 1, and despite the recent third season loosely (maybe that was part of the problem?) adapting elements from classic Batman tales Under the Red Hood and A Death in the Family, the show didn't do much to win viewers over.

Mixed/negative responses aside, HBO Max is moving forward with a fourth season, and The Illuminerdi is now claiming that a classic Superman villain will be making his presence felt.

According to the site, Lex Luthor will make his debut early on in the season. Details of this latest live-action take on the character are few and far between, but the report adds that he "will be 40 or older, and his appearance is intended to be memorable." We'll have to take this a rumor for the time being, but it's worth noting that the Illuminerdi broke the news that Joseph Morgan, Frank Potenta and Lisa Ambalavanar would be playing Brother Blood, Mother Mayhem, and Jinx before the trades made it official.

How Luthor will be introduced is also unclear, but we assume it will have something to do with Superboy's arc.

Superman's arch nemesis has been brought to life by numerous actors over the years, most recently by Jon Cryer in The CW's Arrowverse. We hope Titans will do this iconic villain justice, but after the way the show handled The Joker, we'd understand of skepticism was high!

Still have to see S3, should really use the break of the Arrowverse shows before they comeback to catch up.

Good luck trying to do better than Jon Cryer's Lex, that was a Lex that could be both charming and dangerous with a lot of ease.

I've watched all 3 seasons and can assure you the only entertaining piece of this show is the DC Comics connections...

Season 2 has been the best IMO. Some episodes solo stand out as great superhero television and blow away CW (Superboy introduction, Deathsroke E5 & Jerciho). The others are just a mess. Trying to balance too many characters that just aren't that interesting.

Overall, the show is extremely inconsistent. After a terrible S3 finale, and I mean horrible, I have little faith in this show.

Casting call:

Looking for a not Jesse Eisenberg type. Actual Lex. Rosenbaum types encouraged to apply. No leather, that's for the supers.

After the arcs season 2 and 3 tried to fo adapt, I fear it's now gonna try the JLU Cadmus arc for some reason.

Anyway, I'll most likely won't watch it. This is DC tv I care about the least.

I definitely have seen every episode and will continue to even if the product should/could be so much better.

They try too hard to cram too many plot points in the seasons, they need to strip it down and refocus on the core group.

I’m both curiously excited and worried. This show has had some good casting choices and some really bad casting choices.
Hopefully they pick someone good.

Not interested. All these shows try to use Batman stories and villains without Batman. It's pathetic.
