GAME OF THRONES: Mark Gatiss Will Return For Season 5

Although the Sherlock actor/co-creator only made one brief (but memorable) appearance as Tycho Nestoris in season 4 of the HBO fantasy series, it seems the Iron Bank of Braavos will play a part in the upcoming fifth season too.

After agreeing (with some persuasion from Davos) to fund Stannis Baratheon's new war effort to seize the Iron Throne from the Lannisters in the season 4 episode "The Laws of Gods and Men", it appears Braavosi banker Tycho Nestoris will return next year to keep a close eye on his investment. EW report that Mark Gatiss (Sherlock, Doctor Who, The League Of Gentlemen) will reprise the role, and is expected on the Croatia set next week. Also, the site have an update on the recent report that a very famous scene from the books involving a naked Lena Headey as Cersei Lannister was being held up due to a conflict with a Dubrovnik church. Apparently that's "old news" now, and a new filming location has been sorted. So, great news all 'round then!

The Lannisters will finally be paying their debts on season 5. With Tywin dead, Varys and Tyrion gone, the Iron Bank cutting off the Lannisters and nobody with any good sense advising the young King Tommen... things will get very interesting.

Definitely, and that's just a small part of what's in store, lot's of changes, this could be the best season yet.... Braavos is a very interesting place too, can't wait to really see it explored

Indeed, Between the Martell's swearing allegiance to the Targaryens, Stannis reining terror on the North and the Frey's answering for their crimes, the Lannister downfall would not be complete without a special touch from Varys.

Right you are. But it's still unbelievable to me that she could have survived being raped by Drogon long enough, to give birth to their halfbreed. Especially after seeing the size of the dragons in the series.

It's Melisandre that mates with the dragon, then flies over King's Landing farting out fire-breathing shadow dragons that strangelt the entire populace right before the White Walkers descend on the city and rapes all the corpses, while Arya becomes a street doxy in Braavos and Tyrion and Varys get married and hire Daenerys' army of eunuchs to land on Westerosi shores and scissor every last remaining inhabitant to death.

Both Arya and Tyrion were watching the birth, that's right. But Varis wasn't anywhere near where it happened: He stayed in Westeros in the books! Cheap attempt to obfuscate. Who digs the series and still hasn't read the books just got what he deserved. Honestly: Read the books!
