WATCHMEN: "Absolutely Fantastic!"

I have to say, having waited twenty plus years to see this film finally come to fruition... Pleasantly surprised!

The scant footage that I had seen online or on television barely do this film justice! True, for those of us near and dear to the source material, there was a LOT to digest, and even more to analyze.

The only negative thing that I would be able to say is, not in reference to the already overly stated "squid" alterations to the story, but with the fact that the movie was too short! (I know, right?! LOL)
There was so much of the character nuances that could have been touched on, but with all honesty, you cannot expect a film interpretation of ANY novel to be able to touch on all points in the film.

Overall, this is one of the closest and most faithful adaptations of a novel/graphic novel that I have ever seen!

Mr. Snyder, you have done it again! You should be proud of the work that you have done on this film! I sure as hell am!

I didn't think it was too short at all. I would have loved for it to be longer and have the story flow better, but things don't always work out the way you would like it to.
