It seems that the best video games are the ones we will never get to play, and that is the case with this cancelled Daredevil video game. It was being developed by 5,000 ft Inc. (a now non existent company) in a time when Marvel was licensing its product, and saw at its early stage, a rise in comic book characters in movies and video games. One of those examples being the Spider-Man companion video game to the 2002 movie. The game that started as a small project, then an open world, then finally a linear story game, was set to be released in 2003, but do to disagreements between Sony and Marvel on how the game should have been, among other problems, the game was no more. In a video made by the DidYouKnowGaming? channel, they explain the mechanics incorporated, such as the "shadow world" which would let you "see?" through Daredevil's perspective, the use of his billy club as grappling hook that would get him around from place to place, and the game would also feature cameos from the Punisher and Black Widow. After learning everything about the cancelled Daredevil game, would you have bought? Do you think it should be reignited? Sound off below.
