DAREDEVIL Season 3 Teaser Seemingly Confirms That Matt Murdock Is Still Missing
We know that Marvel is bringing Daredevil season three to this year's New York Comic-Con but a brief teaser has now surfaced indicating that Matt Murdock will still be missing when the show returns...
Daredevil has been shooting for a while now and while it's believed that season three will adapt the "Born Again" storyline and bring Bullseye to Hell's Kitchen, no official details have been revealed as of yet. Well, that could be about to change because Marvel's Twitter account has shared a brief teaser of sorts making it clear that Matt Murdock is still missing following the events of The Defenders last year.
In that show, Matt was seemingly buried beneath New York City while battling Elektra and The Hand but we later learned that he had been rescued and was being cared for by his mother, Sister Maggie.
It now appears as if Matt will still be considered "dead" (or missing) by the public when season three begins so it should be interesting seeing what results in him deciding to return to the land of the living, especially as it's hard to imagine his friends being particularly forgiving about his absence. We'll have to wait and see but here's hoping this teaser is the opening salvo of the show's marketing campaign!
