New Image From The Set Of DAREDEVIL Teases A New Organisation; Could They Be Connected To 'Kingpin'

Though only a set photo, the official Facebook page for Marvel's upcoming Netflix series has shared an image with a rather intriguing caption. Are you intrigued? Hit the jump for the full story...

Throughout the history of Daredevil comics, his place of residence, Hell's Kitchen, has been something of a... well... hitsay olehay. Now though, it looks as though  the place is getting a wee bit of a renovation as this image shared by the series' official Facebook page suggests. The image was accompanied by the tagline, "Helping build a better Hell's Kitchen."
 


 

So, who are UnionAllied and what exactly are they up to in Hell's Kitchen? Because let's face it, even the poster reads in a very sinister way. Plus, there's no reference to the organisation anywhere in Marvel comics. It might even be possible that they're working for or owned by none other than the Kingpin himself, but we can only speculate for now. What do you think though? How big of a role do you think UnionAllied will play in the series? Be sure to leave your thoughts in the usual place!

The show is set to premiere on April 10th of this year on Netflix.

A front for Kingpin to take control. by day, it seems like a caring organziation....maybe through construction, innovation, job creation. But by night, kingpin gets down to the real stuff od dark and dirty crime. He thinks controlling crime is how to save HK. He wants to be the savior of HK by usurping and managing crime as he sees fit. Like in House of Cards, Underwood wants political power and gets it through murder, blackmail etc. Kingpin may be the same way. He wants to be savior and he wants power. But he has a warped way of getting it. Shades of gray is all that there is in HK and Kingpin embraces it

Maybe the growth for Ny, especially the smaller neighborhoods, has been hard after the alien invasion. That's why HK has maybe struggled to grow and develop afterwards. A window for crime has opened up to take control

I hope they make Fisk a character that you can kind of see that he's actually trying to clean up the city (at least in his mind). I think it would be sooooooo interesting if Murdock and Fisk had the exact same goals and just went about it in completely different ways.

So this is a set-photo? If so then Daredevil is set in or around 2015. That's major news right there. I was thinking maybe these were the guys to help rebuild after "The Avengers" and they were just a front for Kingpin. But if this is set years after "The Avengers", I don't know. That date throws everything up in the air.
