Will Elden Henson's Foggy Neslon Play A Role In Marvel's THE DEFENDERS?
The teaser trailer for The Defenders pointed to Stick showing up in the team-up series, but will we see other characters from The Man Without Fear's corner of the MCU? Hit the jump for details...
Upon closer inspection, the first teaser for The Defenders seemed to point to Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist coming together to battle The Hand, but exactly how much of each of their worlds will the series incorporate? Quite a bit by the looks of it as Elden Henson reportedly told fans at a convention this weekend that he's been asked by Marvel to return as Foggy Nelson in the show.
That makes sense when you consider the fact that we last saw Foggy accepting a job from Jessica Jones character Jeri Hogarth, and The Defenders will hopefully repair his and Matt's fractured friendship.
Eka Darville (Malcolm in Jessica Jones) has previously confirmed his involvement with The Defenders, so we'll have to wait and see which other characters end up appearing. Production begins later this year, so it hopefully won't be too long until we find out. Henson also mentioned that Daredevil season three won't hit Netflix until after The Defenders, something they too recently confirmed.
