Sameer Ali Khan is an Afghan actor known for his work in Bollywood films, most notably Happy New Year and Krrish 3. He recently posted an image to Instagram, revealing that he was going to have to shave his beard off for an undisclosed role in Marvel and Netflix's Iron Fist.

Most of the main characters have been cast already, but we still don't know who will be playing Davos The Steel Serpent. Could it be Khan? Well, in addition to working as an actor he is also a martial artist and stunt coordinator, so it's definitely a possibility. Of course, that also means he may just have been hired as a stunt-double!

What do you guys think?

Daniel Rand returns to New York City after being missing for years. He fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

Iron Fist will debut some time in 2017.

@IronGenesis - true. Well Wolverine has bested him. Iron Fist has even said Wolverine is probably one of the most skilled fighters he's encountered.

In my opinion, in terms of martial arts skill and training, Logan can't compare to Danny Rand. He has been trained in numerous martial arts over the decades, but his skill still cant trump Danny. But in a down and dirty street fight, Logan would have the advantage, since he has decades more experience of being in every sort of fight you can imagine. And he also ain't above fighting dirty.

@IronGenesis - Taskmaster could probably take him in the second round.

So excited for this show. I really hope it differentiates its combat from Daredevil's by taking on a Wuxia tone and using Wushu. It'd be a great contrast to Daredevil's Japanese ninjitsu. Give it a more mystical and fantastical atmosphere.
