Loki season 2 is perhaps the most highly anticipated Marvel Studios TV series heading our way in 2023, but when will we actually get to watch it?
After Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania, MCU fans are eager to learn more about Kang and his place in the Multiverse, and it feels a lot like this series is where we'll get those long-overdue answers. If not, we might just begin to wonder whether Marvel Studios even has a plan for this Saga, but the point is, we need season 2 already.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Mobius actor Owen Wilson shared a likely premiere window for the Disney+ series.
"I guess they have kind of a little shot of Tom Hiddleston and I and Jonathan Majors from Loki season two," the actor said of the Ant-Man threequel's stinger introducing Victor Timely. "And I think that's coming out end of the summer or September."
That's a far cry from the original June premiere we were all expecting, but delays have seen everything slip down the calendar, with Secret Invasion now unlikely to drop until halfway through the year.
Saying that Loki is about to "get very wild" after Kang has been unleashed, Wilson would go on to express his excitement about working with Oscar-winning Everything Everywhere All at Once star Ke Huy Quan.
"It's so exciting. That was incredible. Every time I saw him winning something, it was another speech that just kind of was a tearjerker that was so moving. And even when we were working on this last summer - I think his character that he plays in Loki season two - I think people will be excited, even though that was so great, obviously, the character that he won an Oscar, for I think people are going to love his character in this."
While Secret Invasion and Loki are pretty much a lock for 2023, we have no idea what the future holds in store for the likes of Echo and Ironheart.
As noted, Loki season 2 doesn't currently have a premiere date.
