Thanks to
The Illuminerdi, we have some fresh intel about the
She-Hulk TV series coming to Disney+. Like everything Marvel Studios does, the project is shrouded in secrecy, but a logline seen by the site reportedly reveals that Jennifer Walters (She-Hulk's human alter-ego) is a successful lawyer who specialises in cases involving "superheroic law."
The description goes on to reveal that she occasionally gets involved in superhero battles as She-Hulk.
It sounds like the character will be used in a way many fans hoped to see Matt Murdock utilised in
Daredevil. Given the existence of the Sokovia Accords - which may or may not still be enforced by the government - it definitely makes sense for She-Hulk to represent her fellow heroes.
The site also has some intel on the show's supporting characters; those reportedly include a 26 - 28 year old actress to play She-Hulk's "Best Friend," and a character named Meg between 29 - 35. The latter is also a laywer and described as being, "shrewd, while having a biting wit and humor." They go on to speculate that these two could be comic book characters Jill Stevens and Mallory Book.
It could be a while before we get any firm casting news for She-Hulk, but it probably won't be too much longer before Marvel Studios chooses who should play the titular character in this show.
Stay tuned for updates!
