WandaVision is undoubtedly one of the craziest adventures Marvel Studios has ever taken us on, and we now have some new concept art from the Disney+ series. Shared by Andy Park during a recent YouTube live stream (you can check that out here), we have a new look at the Scarlet Witch and Monica Rambeau's transformation into Spectrum.
It appears Rambeau's origin story was always going to play out in a very specific way, with her gaining those new powers by travelling through the Hex created around Westview.
Park also shared some of his designs for Wanda's final costume and revealed that her Halloween outfit wasn't always going to be as comic accurate as the one that ended up in the final product. While fans would have no doubt been appreciative of that crown, her gipsy-inspired outfit (which has been used on the page) simply isn't quite the same as seeing that classic red costume.
Still, it definitely would have made sense to head down this route seeing as Wanda was supposed to be dressing up as a Sokovian fortune teller!
An "Art of" book for WandaVision is on the way, so we'll no doubt get to see a lot more artwork from this series soon. Whether that will feature any big reveals remains to be seen, especially as we still haven't really had any answers about that Wonder Man art spotted in a featurette for the show.
