With the summer movie season effectively canceled and theaters shut down for the forseeable future, Netflix's upcoming action/thriller Extraction, which has Avengers: Endgame directors Anthony and Joe Russo on board as producers, is shaping up to be one of the most hotly awaited films of the first half of this year.

The Sam Hargrave-directed film stars Chris Hemsworth (Thor: Love and ThunderAvengers: Endgame) as Tyler Rake, a fearless black market mercenary who embarks on the deadliest mission of his career when he's tasked with rescuing the kidnapped son of an international crime lord.

With just over a week to go until its worldwide debut, Netflix has released a new featurette, previewing one of the film's most extreme action sequences: a nearly twelve-minute oner (a series of long shots joined together seamlessly to form a single, continuous shot) that begins with a car chase and ends up on the street, expanding into a knife fight, gun fight and more.

I hope this is a hit for Hemsworth and just movies overall. I don’t know if it’s the climate or what but I haven’t been able to find good movies to watch

I could care less about these oner things. If they have to point it out to you that they are doing this then what is the point.

Oh good, thought this was going to be a bunch of 'this isn't a comic book movie' or OT posts.
