Following the debut of those character posters, we now have some newly revealed stills from The Book of Boba Fett's premiere, "Stranger in a Strange Land." Many of you will no doubt appreciate a closer look at the bounty hunter clawing his way out of the Sarlacc Pit, an idea borrowed from Star Wars creator George Lucas (he considered adding that scene in one of Return of the Jedi's re-releases).
An official shot of the returning Max Rebo is a welcome sight, while the talented Jennifer Beals remains arguably the most beautiful alien we've encountered in this Galaxy Far, Far Away for some time.
As for that "sand creature" (we don't yet have an official name), the behemoth is undeniably terrifying, but as we learned last week, no match for Boba Fett. Now the bounty hunter has been accepted into that group of Tusken Raiders, we're intrigued to see how those flashbacks continue to play out.
"Boba Fett is back, better, and cooler than ever," we said in our review, "and while the premiere is slow to reveal where the show is taking us, Temuera Morrison's intense, gripping work offers hope for a series that will take this story 40 years in the making to the heights it deserves."
