Obi-Wan Kenobi may have reunited us with a few familiar faces, but the Disney+ series has also added quite a lot of new characters to the wider Star Wars franchise. Among them is O'Shea Jackson's Kawlan Roken, and while we didn't learn much about him last Wednesday, we're guessing he'll have a much bigger role to play in this week's episode.
During a brief exchange with Ben Kenobi, Roken revealed that his wife was Force-sensitive and taken from him by the Empire. That alone inspired this Rebel to help the Jedi, though with Darth Vader and the Sith Inquisitors now closing in on their location, we can't help but worry about Roken's future.
Hopefully, he lives to fight another day. In the meantime, Lucasfilm has released a new character poster (via SFFGazette.com) that features this latest addition to a Galaxy Far, Far Away.
With that comes a new batch of stills from last Wednesday's Obi-Wan Kenobi highlighting several key scenes from the show. Among them is the moment "Ben" ignited his lightsaber blade and rushed into action in order to take the fight to the Stormtroopers standing between him and Princess Leia. We also see Reva forced to answer to her Master, Darth Vader.
