HALLOWEEN And KNIVES OUT Star Jamie Lee Curtis Rumored To Have Been Cast In THE MANDALORIAN Season 2

The same site that broke the news about Michael Biehn playing a bounty hunter in The Mandalorian's second season is now reporting that Jamie Lee Curtis (Halloween) could also appear in the Disney+ series!

The Mandalorian has been a bigger hit than anyone could have ever suspected, so it's no great surprise that the Disney+ TV series appears to be attracting some big guest stars for season two. Now, Making Star Wars is reporting that Knives Out star Jamie Lee Curtis may have landed a role in the show!

While they stress that it is just a rumour for now, it's said that Curtis was on location for filming of the show for at least a few days (Avatar 2 is being shot in the same place, so if she doesn't appear in The Mandalorian, chances are we'll see the legendary Halloween actress in that instead).

The site notes that, "there were multiple times she was around and I think she has a role in the series."

As we mentioned, it is just a rumour for now, and nothing has been confirmed, but it would be pretty damn awesome to see Curtis playing anything from a badass Rebel to a fierce former Imperial. Given how quiet the trades have been, it could be a while before we get any sort of confirmation, but it's hard not to get excited about what this could mean for the first live-action Star Wars TV show.

Curtis is a beloved actress, and whoever she ends up playing is almost guaranteed to earn a fan following!

Would you guys like to see her in The Mandalorian?

@dracula - it's not her voice. But that would have been cool

Very curious to know whom she would be playing. Likely a bounty hunter but it would be cool if she was another officer from the remnant of the Empire just like Gideon.

One of my favorite things about The Mandalorian is the gust spots. In most episodes there are only a few significant speaking roles and they got heavyweights for all of them. Everyone wants to work with Favreau.

There's a Baby Yoda, so it stands to reason there's a Mama Yoda.

IF we're talking returning characters; might I suggest an older, grizzled, post-Imperial Assault on Mandalore, stripped from her darksaber given by the house Wren, out for Revenge type of role for her?

Jamie Lee Curtis as Bo Katan Kryze anyone?
