VENOM Set Video Shows Tom Hardy's Eddie Brock Behaving Very Erratically After A Nasty Looking Fall

Following an official Venom production still and some behind-the-scenes images featuring Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock, a video has found its way online which shows the Mad Max: Fury Road actor performing a stunt on the Atlanta set of the Spider-Man spin-off.

The footage shows Hardy landing on a crash-mat before jogging down an alley, clearly in some distress. When he reaches the end he begins to interact with someone off-screen in a very erratic manner.

Is he checking his reflection at one point? Perhaps Brock is actually talking to the Venom symbiote here. Without audio it's impossible to know what's going on for sure, but check out the vid for yourselves and let us know what you think.

Venom is set to hit theaters on October 5th, 2018.

The symbiote is stalking him.

Looks like he just got thrown out of a place and hurt his leg (notice the limp), kinda strange for a post-symbiote Brock to be injured so easily.

I really want this to be good...

Can we get a Spider Man reference, though please??

Tom Hardy as Venom is actually pretty great casting. If anything could salvage this concept, that is it.

I remember one Venom storyline where he abandons his host mid-air forcing the host to die from the fall. Would be interesting if it's used in this movie when Venom leaves Eddie to go make Carnage somewhere.

I just don't see how you can have a Venom movie without Spider-Man.... Tom Hardy is great and all but the symbiote lives to attach itself to Peter Parker.
To see Tom Holland go up against Hardy would be amazing. Venom without Spidey is a Venom we don't need. Just my opinion.

@SpiderBrad - Plenty of ways to bring the Spider in after the fact. The symbiote could simply recognize him as a much better long term host. Or if they went the Ultimate route, the symbiote could already share DNA with Richard Parker and recognize it in Peter.

the Symbiote must be getting in his head.

Tom Hardy is one of those fail safe actors for me. The guy is just quality in everything he's in. I know fans were divided with his take on Bane but I think he did a great job with what he had to work with. I think he'll make a fine Eddie Brock as well.

He's rubbing his face and looking shocked. I'm guessing its a scene where he's seeing the symbiote in his reflection.
