Infinity Ward may be planning a few surprise Call of Duty projects, but the series' voice actors seem determined to spoil any surprises. Last week, That VideoGame Blog reported that actor Craig Fairbrass, the voice of Simon "Ghost" Riley, mentioned at a UK launch event for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 that Infinity Ward is considering making a spin-off "little game" featuring his character to go along with the already-published comic book.

Today, actor Kevin McKidd, voice of Soap MacTavish, revealed to the New York Post that a Modern Warfare film is being considered. "I had no idea [Modern Warfare] would be so huge, and now there are talks of a feature film," McKidd told the New York Post. As a funny side note, when the New York Post asked McKidd if he would like to play Soap in the prospective film, he replied, "if the script is good, and Gerard [Butler] isn't available, then absolutely."

but i do think this could be a good film if they do it right but sayin that most war film are pretty good so its guna be hard to screw it up i think ... thanx 4 readin guys

ahh no i cudnt do that ud get 2 kick him aswell funking pretty boy we need a name like the dynamic duo or sumit an we can just go kick all the ppl we dnt like .. ohhh i no we can be called kick ass ... oh no wait thats taken damm .

but yer if they get the vioce actors in it then it will give the game feel to it but like i said hard to mess up a war film but im sure they will give it a go hahaha.

Hey you know McKIDDs more than a voice actor dont ya?? He's the star of JOURNEYMAN an a [frick]ing great actor, great pic for AQUAMAN too!! He'd own the part of SOAP!

Man, this film needs to be made man!!

ahh dog soldiers what an ace film ... well evey 1 who iv mentiond it to so far really like the idea of a COD film i really think it could work well again if they think about the story they want but that stuff comes any film but yer i hope they do decide to make this..

yer im xbox aswell an i dnt av MW2 iv only got WAW now a nazi zombie film that would be..... probly rally bad il shut up now
