Movies I'd like to see DC Universe: Original Animated Movies make

I recently became a fan of the new DCU after watching the excellent Batman: Under The Red Hood. Below are some ideas from both single characters and well-known comic stories that I'd love to see translated into film. And no, they're not in any particular order.

1. The Flash

This dude can own in a solo movie of his. Why on earth they haven't made much modern media based on him is beyond me. If DCUOAM makes a movie out of him, I'd definitely see it.

2. Batman: Knightfall

Ah yes. The story where Bane broke the Bat. While we may or may not see this happen on the big screen (Christopher Nolan hasn't said anything about Bane breaking Batman's back in TDKR), an animated movie should be just fine.

3. Aquaman

Bruce Timm has expressed interest in doing an Aquaman movie, but at the same time said they're aren't any plans for one. Aquaman, to say the least, is one of DC's more recognizable characters, so I don't see an animated movie based off of him as too far of a stretch.

4. Batman Beyond

Batman Beyond is one of my favorite TV shows of all time, and I'd love to see the characters revived within a new universe. Who better to do it than the DCUOAM?

5. The Joker

I personally think a Joker solo movie would be excellent, live action or animated. Not sure about animated, but I'd want a live action solo Joker movie to be rated R, considering he's quite a violent character. If we'll get an animated version, then keep the PG-13. Maybe it could work as an adaptation of The Killing Joke.

6. Catwoman

Bruce Timm also expressed interest in doing a solo Catwoman movie, which would make up for that....Halle Berry flick by the same name. I must agree with that, Catwoman is one of those characters who can hold up on their own movie.

7. The Dark Knight Returns/Strikes Again

One of Frank Miller's most well known projects, The Dark Knight Returns would make a fine animated movie. To do the sequel would only be inevitable as well.

8. Martian Manhunter

This dude needs more publicity. Enough said.

9. Green Arrow

He could work in his own movie as well. Bruce Timm (I know, this is the third time I say this) expressed interest in doing a GA movie, so I can see it being on the table for the future.

10. Teen Titans

They were going to do a TT movie, but it got cancelled. I would love to see the Titans resurrected for an animated movie.

If anyone has any other suggestions for DC Universe movies, shout them out in the usual place. Peace out!
