Wow this is actually really random. If they make this game and it doesn't turn out like any of the
bullcrap Robotech video games then I will be happy.

Please God don't let it be terrible like Robotech Battlecry or
Mechassault. Mechassault wasn't half bad but still terribleish. We haven't had a good giant robot game in a while.
The last giant robot game that was decent to say the least was the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen adaptation

@SuperArgo
What? You said the movie is in post and then said it's green lit. Which one? Cause that's a big difference. Not giving you crap but honestly want to know. Not that I think I'll actually go watch it, but just curious since I grew up with Voltron.

The cartoon will probably suck. I remember when they brought back He-Man in the early 2000's (or mid, can't remember). I gave it a shot and didn't like it, even though they successfully made He-Man a lot less homosexual. I bet the Thundercats won't be that great either. Here's hoping for the best though.

There was a Voltron movie script floating around written by Justin Marks and LatinoReview gave it an A+. I read it and it was kickass. It takes place in a post apocalyptic earth, it would’ve had giant monsters and all. It’s a bit a twist to the original story in the cartoons, but the script gave Voltron justice…and after the success of the 1st Transformers movie, I thought it was going to get greenlit…but it didn’t, oh well.

@bleedthefreak lol, you can seriously watch either of these classic cartoons and say they're not "broke"? When I was kid they were fine, but neither Thundercats or Voltron have aged well.

It's always nice to see things re-made for a new generation of kids.

The live action movie is still in scripting. But there are a few concept images for the movie you can find if you do a google search for voltron concept art.

Just make it a good anime or animation (cartoon)! Well Zoltron has a history with Anime anyway!

Id like to see a new toon series or animated movie. Though a movie would be very hard, it could be done. But I have no faith in hollywood making this a live action movie worth watching. Speed Racer anyone?
