We recently learned that the popular battle royale game, Fortnite, would be hosting another Marvel-themed crossover event to celebrate the upcoming release of Avengers: Endgame, and now a newly released promo image teases the arrival of Thor's incredibly powerful axe, Stormbreaker.

While we currently don't have a lot of information on this Endgame crossover, the tease of Stormbreaker and the previously released image of Captain America's shield strongly suggest that players will soon be able to acquire some marvelous cosmetics based on various Avengers characters once the event kicks off.

Fortunately, anxious fans won't have to wait long to participate in the follow-up to last year's Avengers: Infinity War crossover event, because the new Fortnite content will officially launch later this week on April 25th.

Downloaded Fortnite for the first time when the Gauntlet mode was live, deleted it after it ended. Guess I'll be doing that again for this too.

@Nebula - Did you try the 50/50 mode? It was so much fun. Total mayhem and such an epic feel to close in on the main battle after looting for a while - like hearing all the crazyness going on as you walk upp a hill then just find yourself in total chaos on the other side, building constructs and people litteraly raining from the sky.

Im more of a slow paced strategic gamer, but (wo)man those moments were so much fun.

I wish they would make an Avengers game that plays like Overwatch.
