Warner Bros. Games and developer TT Games appear to be teasing an impending announcement for the previously rumored LEGO DC Villains.  This week, developer TT Games, LEGO, and DC each posted a teaser to social media pointing towards an announcement coming next week.

TT Games posted a photo of a purple wall with green graffiti (the Joker's signature colors) that reads "Chaos is coming." There are also the words "It's good to be bad" written on the wall, which suggests a game focused on DC's iconic villains. DC also posted the same photo asking fans "Who's lurking behind this mischievous shadow?"

Both tweets lead to a website featuring a countdown clock, which is presumably when the game will be announced. Based on the time remaining, LEGO DC Villains looks primed for a reveal on May 29.

Furthermore, the website source code contains a redirect for when the counter hits zero, called "BANG!!" This possibly in reference to the Joker who sometimes brandishes a fake gun that unfurls a small flag with the word "Bang!" on it.

Additionally, LEGO also teased their own photo of Batman with graffiti smeared on his face calling him "The Dork Knight."

LEGO DC Villains was previously rumored earlier this year to be in development along with a LEGO Incredibles game, the latter of which has already been announced and is releasing alongside the Incredibles 2 movie on June 15, 2018. Two sources claimed LEGO DC Villains is expected to release "at some point over the next year." Look out for the big news next week on May 29.
