Gina Carano and current UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey were both suggested by a lot of fans for the role of Wonder Woman, and the latter - who will soon be seen in The Expendables 3 - jokingly reveals why she would be much better suited to the role than Fast & Furious's Gal Gadot...

Talking on the Tommy Toe Hold show recently (via Yahoo! Movies), MMA superstar and star of The Expendables 3 Ronda Rousey revealed some serious geek cred when talk turned to her love of Pokémon. However, of most interest to us is what she said when asked which movie she thinks would be better if it starred her. "They're making a Wonder Woman right now, aren't they?" she asked. "I should have been Wonder Woman, man! That girl couldn't curl a two-pound weight, what's so wonderful about that? I don't understand." Fighting talk there, and while a recently released still does show that Gal Gadot looks pretty much perfect in the role, she'd be wise not to take this up with the UFC champion as you can see from the gif below! Do you think Rousey would have been a good Wonder Woman in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice?

She's awesome, and an amazing fighter, I like her. She has literally snapped arms on numerous occasions. She also called out Kardashian for being a bad role model by getting famous for a sex tape.... She's probably just pissed that Gadot is representing Wonder Woman and wants a better role model for woman

How is Gal not a good "role model"? Sure before she was stick thin because of course she had to be, her whole career was about being thin. It's how she made money. But no one in their right mind can say she looks unhealthy now. Her body is very athletic now. She's a mother, a wife and doesn't need to call out somebody for working and earning a job.

Physically (facial) Gadot is closer to WW as well as being of the right ethnicity, but trying to claim one actress is better than the other is [frick]ing stupid given that one was a model who has been in one film and sucked and the other some fighter who has been in like, one (I think) film and also sucked.

This is a sort of conversation about vanity and who is more physically appropriate.
