With Fox's X-Men spinoff Gambit chugging ahead toward starting production, we've got a new report suggesting the film's working title has been changed.

According to Omega Underground, Fox has changed the working title of the highly anticipated film from "Chess" to "Forevermore." Specific reasons for the title change are unknown, but the report speculates that it's because "Chess" had become so public over the last few years. It had been used for the working title of the X-Men spinoff during the last two attempts at making the film.

This isn't the first time Fox has made a change to a film's working title. Deadpool 2 originally had the working title of "Love Machine," but that was changed to "Caribbean Blue" just prior to filming.

Fox has been making slow strides with its upcoming Gambit film, with the report also claiming the film's production is presently being location scouted in New Orleans with filming set to begin in early 2018. Gambit is slated to hit theaters February 14, 2019.
